1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Akash Web farm ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service description

Akash Web farm provides cloud-hosted browser sessions, mobile viewport testing, parallel test runners, and automation endpoints (including WebDriver and REST APIs) for quality assurance and development purposes.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Platform only for lawful business, testing, and development activities.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, abuse shared infrastructure, or run malicious code.
• Do not use the Platform to access, store, or transmit illegal content or material that violates third-party rights.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account identity (name and email).

4. Account & access

You must provide accurate identification information when prompted. The Platform operator may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational security reasons.

5. Data & privacy

Session metadata, audit logs, and usage records may be stored to operate the service, enforce limits, and improve reliability. Do not submit sensitive personal data, credentials, or production secrets into browser sessions unless your organization has approved such use.

6. Availability & support

The Platform is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance, Docker image pulls, and infrastructure limits may affect availability. No guaranteed uptime SLA is implied unless agreed in a separate written contract.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform software, branding, and documentation are owned by Akash Web farm and its licensors. You retain ownership of your test assets and content loaded into browser sessions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akash Web farm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including lost data, test failures, or business interruption.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
